OAuth information site for the privately operated Mail & Document Extraction workflow.

Private-use application. This application is operated for a limited set of specifically authorised users. It is not offered as a public consumer service.

What the application does

Mail-Document-Extraction supports a controlled two-stage corpus workflow. The Email Extraction Tool extracts selected Gmail messages into structured, provenance-preserving text source artefacts. The Document Extraction Tool separately processes a wider Google Drive corpus and produces governed extracted-text and pack outputs.

Google account access

Google OAuth access is used only to perform the authorised extraction workflow, including access needed for Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Apps Script execution or management functions, and the signed-in user identity where required by the existing application.

The application does not request additional OAuth scopes beyond the existing production scope set established for the Email and Document tools.

Operator control

Use of the application is deliberate and operator-controlled. Normal production console use is permitted only under the project's governed operating procedures.
